By accessing or using FlipDocs, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including account holders and invited team members.

2. Service scope

FlipDocs provides tools to upload, process, host, and share PDF-based flipbook content.

We may update, improve, or change features from time to time to maintain service quality, security, and reliability.

3. Account and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use or a security breach.

4. Content and rights

You retain ownership of content you upload to FlipDocs.

You grant FlipDocs a limited licence to store, process, and display your content only as required to operate the service.

You must have the legal rights to upload and distribute any content you publish through FlipDocs.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use FlipDocs for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activities, including content that infringes intellectual property rights or applicable law.

You must not attempt to disrupt platform operations, bypass security controls, or reverse engineer service components except where permitted by law.

6. Fair-use policy

Where plan limits are described as unlimited, this is subject to a fair-use standard designed to protect platform stability and user experience.

Fair use permits normal business publishing and sharing activity. It does not permit abusive or disproportionate usage patterns such as automated high-volume uploads, repeated attempts to overload processing resources, or use that materially degrades service for other customers.

If usage materially exceeds fair-use expectations, FlipDocs may apply reasonable controls, including temporary rate limits, queueing, support review, or account restrictions. Where practicable, we will provide notice and work with you on a suitable path forward.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, updates, or third-party outages may affect access from time to time.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where there is a breach of these terms, security risk, legal requirement, or significant platform abuse.

You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlipDocs is provided on an as-is basis and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
